Located on the northeast side of Chanhassen off of Carvers Beach Road just east of Powers Boulevard is the neighborhood community of Deerwood. Deerwood is an older neighborhood featuring older homes and mature trees. Deerwood is situated on the west side of Lotus Lake featuring beautiful wooded scenery, providing residents with a quiet and secluded neighborhood setting.
